Zenobia “Tee” Carter passed away at home in Berkeley, California on the morning of February 28, 2016 at the age of 91.

Zenobia was preceded in death by her son, Ronald Otis and brother, Rodney Simmons. She is survived by: her daughter, Joann Brumfield, her sister Willie Mae Carter, and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Zenobia will be greatly missed for her beautiful smile and fun loving spirit.

Family and friends are cordially invited to attend a Funeral Service on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Sunset View Mortuary, junction of Fairmount and Colusa Avenues in El Cerrito. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Alzheimer’s Services of the East Bay (ASEB).
