Terry Moore passed away Dec 6, 2022 due to a condition that was described by his doctor as septic shock due to mutation of his blood clotting factor.
Terry is survived by his father, Michael R Moore, his grandmother, Ruby J Estes, his aunt, Cecilia Bryson, nieces Rayna and Tory Bryson, nephews Michael and Jason Moore, nieces Angelique Moore and Jasmyn Perez, his great nephews Joseph Perez, Jackson Perez, and great niece Alivia Perez, uncle and aunt Gary and Beverly Hail, their two girls Denise and Robin Hail, and his uncle Alan Gross.
Terry never married but is survived by his loving housemate Wanda Wong. Our condolences to you Wanda. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We know that Terry loved you very much.
At a young age Terry had light brown curly hair and a bright smile. The smile persisted throughout his life although his hair thinned as he grew older. He was known for his smile.
He grew up in San Pablo and Pinole, CA and graduated from Pinole Valley High School

Terry loved to ride motorcycles and at one point rode one of his Harley Davidsons hundreds of miles to the Sturgis Rally in South Dakota. At the time of his passing, Terry still maintained a 2004 Dyna Super Glide Harley {FXDXi) which he had modified tor speed.
While working for the law firm Terry fell down some stairs and broke his neck. This resulted in two operations over three years, pain throughout his life and had to take pain medications. Rather than sit at home and draw pay for his disability, Terry got training in the electro-mechanical field, which he loved.
Due to his neck injuryTerry became addicted to the pain medications the doctors prescribed., He struggled with this addiction the rest of his live and so, became active in the Narcotics Anonymous (NA) organization. He eventually became a sponsor to others in NA.
Terry was a world traveler and went to Mexico, Hawaii, China and the Philippines.He also attended NA Conventions, one of which was in Thailand.
Terry was a religious person and although not a weekly church attender he worked for Marin Cursillo retreat weekends. In addition he volunteered with the Kairos Prison Ministry at San Quentin State Prison.
A celebration of his life is planned by his NA friends in the Antioch, CA chapter. Family and friends will meet at the gravesite at a date undetermined at this time.
Terry was loved by many in his life. We will miss you and you glowing smile Terry Moore.
