Rev. Dwane Michael left a message on October 26, 2021:
I had the pleasure and knowing Norm after he was recommended to my by Robert Clough, the donor of the beautiful Bosendorffer Grand that sits in the lobby of the John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek. Norm was extremely charming and humble as I engaged him to tune my Yamaha Grand and had him continue to tune the Bosendoerffer at John Muir. Had I known about all the celebrities that he worked with, I would have probably have begged him to share stories about them. I am so glad to know he had such a large and loving family.
