Michael Ray DeWayne Blunt began his journey April 27, 1956 in Oakland, CA and raised in Berkeley, CA. The son of Grady Blunt and Bessie Bell Dumas who preceded him in death. The youngest brother to late sister Wyona, brother Arthur B., sister and brother-in- law Grady and Henry, sister Betty Jean, sister and brother-in-law Linda Anne and James, niece LaTanya Cheryl, and great-niece Dominique.
A graduate of Oakland Technical High School and Peralta College District, Michael found a successful career as a software engineer and computer programmer.
Michael was a successful football player in high school. He was a passionate sports enthusiast who was a long-time Oakland Raiders, Warriors and A’s fan.
