To Leong Family,
Expressing my sympathies and condolence for your loss.
I met Leonard here at the Regillus when I moved here into the building in 1999. Even though he was not living here at that time, I was aware that his mother and sister Elaine were living in unit 502. He attended many HOA monthly and Annual meeting when he could.
I would also see Leonard at the Fitness SF (old Gold's gym) on Grand Ave. We would share conversations about what was happening here at the Regillus building for he wanted to always be in the know. We would discuss the financials of the building, which was one of his favorite topics.
I will miss seeing him at the gym, of course many times I would have to tell Leonard not to over strain himself on the machine.

I knew Len for many years while working at Milliman before he retired. We worked on different coasts, though we did usually make time to gamble at the craps table in Vegas after the firm's annual meeting..He was a true friend and actuarial mentor and will be missed.
