Passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022 in Concord, at 78 years of age. A native Berkeley, and near life-long resident of Lafayette. Survived by her daughter, Robin Peterson and Joe Peterson; son, Eric Olsson and his wife, Jillian; grandchildren, Matthew and Amy Olsson; and brother, Kent Johnson. Karen worked as a public health nurse for Contra Costa County, retired 2008. Founding member of Zion Fellowship Church (now The Rock), Danville.
Friends are cordially invited to attend graveside services Tuesday, February 22 at 10:30 a.m. at Sunset View Cemetery, top of Fairmount Avenue, El Cerrito. Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to Hope Hospice (hopehospice.com).
