Passed away on January 2, 2017 at the age of 97. Phyllis was born in Concord, California on April 15, 1919. She spent her early years in Concord, attended San Jose State College, and in 1941, married the late Mas G. Following internment camp in Topaz, Utah she permanently settled in Berkeley.
She is survived by her children Clyde, Bruce, and Corinne, brother Kin (Alice), and nieces and nephews.
Her faith, strength and genuine kindness will be forever missed.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 2:00 pm, Sunset View Mortuary Chapel.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to the charity of your choice.
