Edith Marie Ewing died Thursday, July 18, 2013 in Woodland. A long time resident of El Cerrito, Edith was employed in the billing department of Herrick Hospital for 23 years. She enjoyed serving as a volunteer along with her husband, William, on the USS Potomac.

Survivors include her sons, Duane Ewing of Woodland and Richard Ewing of Elk Grove; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Rolling Hills Memorial Park in Richmond. Memorial contributions in Edith’s memory are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
