On Janurary 30 2021, Anna Marie Barquis a loving mother, sister, and grandmother, passed away peacefully and surrounded with ohana. Anna was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to Pauline Kamakaokalani Barquis and Jesse James Barquis. She is survived by her loving children Pelepiola Leimomi Kahealani Kivalu-Barquis & Puaokalani Julianna Kivalu-Barquis, her grandchildren Anieli Leimomi Tolua Niusulu, Princess Jayla Fa'atei Fuatino Ku'uipo Niusulu, Morelli mo money Niusulu, Jason Ryan Niusulu, Katoa mason Niusulu and her siblings Twinkle Mokihana, Jesse James, Victor Paul, Yolunda Catherine, Paulette Bernadette, Vicky Leilani, Belinda Marie, Robert Joseph, god children, numerous loved nieces & nephews and an array of hanai children she always had an open door, open heart and lived by the motto ohana is anyway and always. She loved her family unconditionally and without boundaries. Anna will be remembered by her family and friends as the fun, loving person with the voice of an angel.
Due to COVID there will be no funeral processions her memorial will be on Friday, February 19,2021 at Sunset View Cemetery & Mortuary in the urn garden. There will be limited space due to new regulations please contact the family for more info.
