I’ve known the Davenport family for 30 years. They have always been a close family. I never met Larry Davenport Sr., but know him by association. Madonna, LaDonna (Donnie), Larry, Jr, and Stevie along with their extended family, were truly remarkable. Madonna, until her death, was a true matriarch with qualities beyond reproach. Donnie was Madonna’s true heir. She was a caring strong person with the skill of making everyone feel included and necessary. She gave all for family. She cared for Madonna and Stevie until the end, while taking care of her immediate family including looking out for Larry and other family members. We were involved in several business deals and she always told me, “I love my family and whatever I do, I do it to benefit them in some way.” I will truly miss her smile, her wry wit and will treasure the memories of her always. Rest in peace Donnie. Love Dianne ??❣️
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I came to California from Indiana to live with my uncle Wee (Bill Tinsley) in 1976 and Madonna and Donnie were two of uncle Bill’s best friends and they both were so kind and considerate of the hard headed teenager I was and treated me like family from the very first day I met them and continued to do so till the end, I loved them both like a mother and sister, first Madonna now Donny they both will be dearly missed with so much love deep in my heart Fleming

This just breaks my heart. Donnie was my cousin, three months older than me and so much fun to be around when she visited Kokomo. No one had a laugh like Donnie and her smile would light up a room. I know she will be missed by all who loved her. Rest easy cousin.

I loved working with Adrienne. One of my closest friends during my time at DJJ. So many lunches and fun stories. Sorry we couldn’t keep in better touch after her move back to the Bay Area. Sincere condolences to the family. Miss you my friend ?
