I am sorry to learn of your family loss. The passing of a love one is painful. You have my deepest sympathy. I'd like to share scripture that may bring comfort and hope. 1Thes. 4:13-14 reads...Moreover, brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who are sleeping in death. For we do not want you to sorrow as the rest do who have no hope. If we have faith that Jesus died and rose again, so too God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep through Jesus. John 11:25 lets us know this...Jesus said to her: I am the resurrection and the life, the one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life. Daniel 12:2 also lets us know...And many who are asleep in the dust of the earth will wake up, some to everlasting life.... John 6:40 tells us why these words are faithful and true...For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him on the last day. I sincerely want these scriptures to bring you hope and help your family endure.
