Michael, you were always such an amazing, sweet friend. I'm happy we were able to hang out during New Years. You make everyone laugh and smile. I never seen you put anyone down. I know wherever you are, you're still the most amazing person. My condolences to your family and friends. You are very loved. Rest in peace, Michael.

I remember thinking how is this kid so enthusiastic about this ( animal rights and our community) because my last memory of Michael was him and another woman inviting me to a vegan thing and I said no that I was busy so I couldn't come, which I really was. But I will always remember how kind he was to everyone and how he always held his sign up high without shame, or reservation. He was so nice and always smiling. I want to be that person as well, the person that doesn't pass judgment and only shows kindness. I'm so grateful I got to meet him. I'll miss you Michael, but your memory will love on in my heart and my activism. Thank you for being wonderful.
Michael was such an amazing person, so kind. He had so much positive energy for other people and so much compassion for animals. We spent some time together during a day of the animal rights forum several months ago. We talked about his future career plans and what he enjoyed doing. We participated in 3 events together that day. He was always a joy to be around.
Michael was a great friend and amazing person. He was a real nice guy who never bagged on anyone. I'll miss playing pick-up football with him and watching him play videogames. He loved talking about and playing sports, and we always had a fantasy football league together. I wish he was still here and I am going to miss him a lot. -Vincent
