Howard Kwong, 48, Of El Cerrito passed away at his home on Wednesday, October 1st. Mr. Kwong was a Civil Engineer and worked for the City and County of San Francisco for over 16 years. Howard was always ready for a good meal, especially his native Chinese cuisine. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time and playing with his daughters, Candace and Kaitlyn.
He is survived by his wife Janice Chiu of El Cerrito; his daughters, Candace and Kaitlyn; parents, ChungKeen and YatYee Kwong of San Pablo; one brother, Jim Kwong also of San Pablo.
A private visitation will be held at Sunset View Mortuary. At Mr. Kwong’s request, no formal service will be held.
