A beloved family man and friend, Billy passed away peacefully surrounded by family at his Richmond home. He is survived by his loving wife, Joanna, daughters; Theresa, Tracy and Stacy, a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Billy worked for many years as a barber and retired as the owner/operator of Billy’s Barber Shop in Oakland, CA. He was known and loved by many and will be missed by all. At his request, Billy will be laid to rest at a private burial service.
