Antoinette Marie Pietras

I just found out of Antoinette's passing. Words cannot express how deeply saddened I am by this news. Antoinette was one of my first yoga students at my yoga studio in Berkeley, and we instantly became good friends. She would come to practice almost every day and always had fun and introspective stories for me. I came to look forward to seeing her in class and always enjoyed catching up after she was away traveling or off on an adventure. I feel like I just saw her in very good spirits not too long ago and in remission, which is why I am so shocked by this news. Antoinette was one of my favorite people and I will miss her dearly. There are a lot of people at The Green Yogi who would love to know what happened so I can share with them her story. My heart goes out to her Mother, whom she lovingly spoke of often.
