Alfred Madrid passed away on March 20, 2013 at the age of 93 with his family at his side.
He was preceded in death by his parents Gertrudes and Able Madrid and his sisters; Rose Abeyta, Sefa Montoya and Carmen Madrid. His last remaining sister, Jenny, unfortunately passed away three days after Alfred. He is survived by his loving wife Vivian and their son Edward. Additionally, there are two nieces; Loretta Parker and Carla Ferreira and a nephew; Lloyd Montoya.
Alfred was cremated as per his request and will be interred privately at St. Joseph Cemetery. A funeral mass will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, April 5, 2013 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Berkeley.
